Dr. Yevgeny Zadov, Medical Director

Dr. Yevgeny Zadov, D.O., is the medical director for UF Health Rehab Hospital. In this role since January 2024, he oversees quality and program development for the hospital while carrying an active patient caseload.

Prior to joining UF Health, Dr. Zadov served as assistant medical director at multiple inpatient facilities and as interim medical director at Encompass Lakeland. Prior to that, he served in a variety of roles, including assistant chair for the department of medicine neurology and rehabilitation at UPMC Susquehanna in Williamsport, PA and director of cancer rehabilitation at Madonna Rehabilitation in Omaha, NE.

Dr. Zadov completed his undergraduate work and medical school at the New York Institute of Technology. His physical medicine and rehabilitation residency was conducted at Long Beach Medical Center in Long Beach, NY, after which he completed a polytrauma and brain injury fellowship at Virginia Commonwealth University.

Dr. Zadov is board certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. His clinical interests include neurological rehabilitation, brain injury concussions, medically complex patients and geriatric rehabilitation
