Find The Support You Need

Support groups offer learning, shared experience and valuable insight from others dealing with similar challenges. Several support groups are available through UF Health Rehab Hospital. Current and former patients, family members and caregivers are encouraged to participate in these important educational programs.

Aphasia Book Club

Do you struggle with aphasia (difficulty with language due to stroke or other brain injury) but love to read? UF Health Rehab Hospital has a book club made for you.

Please join us every other Wednesday from 5:00 – 6:00 p.m. on Zoom (Typically, the first and third Wednesdays of the month).

Young Adult Support Group

Established in 2013, this dynamic support group is designed for young adults (ages 16 – 29) who have experienced a serious illness or injury and are looking for support from peers.

Illnesses and injuries can include – but are not limited to – brain injury, spinal cord injury, limb loss and stroke.

Please join us the second Tuesday of each month from 5:15 - 6:30 p.m. on Zoom (occasionally in person).
